This single is Pork's first release since the 1980's. Idiot Sandwich was actually recorded in the 1990s (I think) and, truth be told, I'm the only one playing on it, but if I say its Pork its Pork - I mean who the hell cares anyway?

Bowel was an instrumental written and performed by Pork back in the early 1980s. The basis of this version is a practice room recording of the song, so you can hear Booth's synth and Chris's drums, although additional drum machine was recorded over the top to smooth out some timing problems. I also re-recorded the guitar.
